Introduction to Candidates
A candidate who has submitted a paper Input Form may download the following electronic version of Input Form (“e-Input Form”) for producing the text version of the Introduction to Candidates for voters and authorized representatives with visual impairment. Please fill in the candidate’s name and complete Part II of the e-Input Form only, and submit the duly completed e-Input Form to the Registration and Electoral Office by email or upload the relevant e-Input Form to the e-Form Upload Platform or Central e-Form Services by 5:00 pm on 17 November 2025.
