Introduction to Candidates
A candidate who has submitted a paper Input Form may download the following electronic version of Input Form (“e-Input Form”) for producing the text version of the Introduction to Candidates for voters and authorized representatives with visual impairment. Please fill in the candidate’s name and complete Part II of the e-Input Form only, and submit the duly completed e-Input Form to the Registration and Electoral Office by email or upload the relevant e-Input Form to the e-Form Upload Platform by 5:00 pm on 20 August 2025.

Supplementary Notes on Sending Postage-free Joint Election Mail
A validly nominated candidate may send one letter to each voter / authorized representative of his/her Subsector free of postage. A candidate may send joint election mail with other candidate(s) of the same Subsector to voters / authorized representatives of that Subsector. However, the number of candidates sending joint election mail cannot exceed the number of vacancies in that Subsector and therefore such joint election mail arrangement is not applicable to the Subsector in which there is only one vacancy.
