I will seek to elect a candidate for Chief Executive who recognises the unique characteristics of Hong Kong and fully appreciates the critical role which a flourishing real estate industry will play in the rebuilding and diversification of the economy as outlined in Hong Kong's First Five-Year Plan, through realising the development of the Northern Metropolis and fostering urban renewal, whilst simultaneously creating job opportunities requiring a wide range of skills for our young people who will form the future backbone of Hong Kong.
