The 2016 Legislative Council New Territories East Geographical
Constituency By-election will be held on 28 February.
Electors with mobility difficulty may apply to the Registration
and Electoral Office to vote at a designated special polling
station in writing or by calling the enquiry hotline at 2891 1001
not later than 23 February.
