Persons or organisations intending to conduct exit polls should refer to the guidelines issued by the Electoral Affairs Commission and also read the following application guidelines before submitting their applications to the Registration and Electoral Office (REO)

They must fill in the following application form and return it to the REO on or before 17 March 2012.
